I am doing Penis Enlargement for the last 3 months and I still can't see no changes :'( . What am I doing wrong ( I guess you can't imagine how frustrating that is... )?

My program ( I try to do every day these exercises ):
Warm up/down before and after Jelqing...
30 min. Jelqing

Warm up before stretching (not after)...
2 sets of 60 sec. Simple Stretching (middle - right - left, 60 sec in every direction )
2 sets of 60 reps. "Circle"-Stretching

~1 hour kegels (during the whole day)
I do the Jelqs half errected, not fast ( I do like 3 sec/ Jelq ) and I try to use as much power as I can (until the head becomes hard and red) .

I really need your help guys... maybe you have some ideas how to improve my program.

I've been Penis Enlargementing since 2006, and I saw zero changes for about 6 months!

I can't tell you exactly what made me gain, but one thing I've noticed that helps is to BE HORNY. This means moderating ejaculatory masturbation, using drugs or herbs, or a Ring of Power. The chemicals involved in being horny are also involved in healing tissue.

Another important thing is to RELAX mentally about the whole subject. Just do your exercises, enjoy them, feel horny and forget about the size of your dick.

Also you could be over training. How are your morning wood and spontaneous erections? These are key indicators of healing. Healing is the key to Penis Enlargement IMHO.
 
3 months with no gains could mean you may not be putting enough intensity in or you may be doing the exercises incorrectly. Try to give us a description of how you are training, how much intensity, etc. You may also want to look into joining the member site or grabbing the DVD, these will help you with form and intensity as you can see them being done.

How long does it take to heal ? I actually train when I come back from university (~16:00 o'clock - only the Jelqing exercise) and the stretching exercises in the evening after a shower (~21:00 o'clock - but then no more warm-up). I have a job too, that's why I have to split the routine up in two parts.

You may also want to look into joining the member site or grabbing the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words], these will help you with form and intensity as you can see them being done.

Trust me man I really want to, but I have to study now to pass an examen about chip programming (I study computer science) and that requires quite all of my concentration. But when I pass it (or better IF xD), that will be - with some other things ^^ - the first thing I will try to do...

I used a split routine for most of my Penis Enlargement, I would have it no other way. The only way I could dedicate the proper focus was to do length and girth separate. Anytime I ever did a crunch session I rushed and never felt like I got much out of it. Allowing myself the opportunity to put such focus into my training helped me gain very quickly.

Good luck on your studies. When you can grab the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words], you will absolutely love it.
