Which is better of the two for my goal of achieving long lasting erection?

L-Citrulline is where you get the erection/nitric oxide benefits.

Malate (malic acid) has a whole host of other benefits though. It's a damn good supplement by itself or mixed w/ Citrulline. It's recommended more if you do exercises/workouts as malic acid helps a lot for workouts/endurance.

Look into malic acids benefits and also citrullines separately.
