I've searched around and most of the answers to the question of how to improve your erection strength were to do kegels. I was ondering if there were any other specific exercises aside from kegels and stretching in general to improve bloodflow and the strength/hardness of your erections?

ive been doing DLDs kegel routine - morning and night. i believe them to be well underated because within a week my erections have become more frequent and solid!! i also do edging 5 times/ day and 800 jelqs/day. hope this helps...

This is my own personal feeling as to how erections might be negatively affected. I am not a doctor or an expert, but I also read a lot, and these letters are an excellent source of knowledge. You definitely will not learn a damned thing asking your doctor if it's true.

Erections are chemically induced and not mechanically induced. However you can injure the tissues by overdoing the jelking and stretching, you know. Some guys are hurt by it, while others are helped by it. I'll explain.

If you overdo the stretching or the jelking, which expands the corpus and stretches the tunica too quickly, then the brain's normal chemical excitation eventually doesn't provide quite enough to fill the expanded spaces and the erection is a little less strong. This would not be a problem, but there's a feedback circuit. The feedback circuit however doesn't understand this lack of strength, and so it cuts off the supply of "endorphins", exciters which make the erection. (I use this term in the popular usage. It isn't technically correct).

The next thing that happens is, the brain gets a "positive" signal saying, give me a full erection, and the feedback says, "something is wrong, physically." So you vascillate, feeling it surge slightly, then it goes down, etc. The result is, you cannot sustain a good hard-on.

Now what I think about it is this-- the feedback circuit needs to be retrained as the corpus increases in volume. You cannot do that mentally, however. That's why most of the Penis Enlargement'ers take viagra and cialis. Remember now, we are talking 20-something-year-olds, mainly. Taking Cialis??? But, it works, for now.

For guys that this course has actually improved their erections, I also understand. Some fellows have clogs in their arterial blood supply, which then is removed mechanically by the jelking and stretching. For others, this has the opposite effect.

There are lots of reasons why a person can't get a good hard-on, and clogs are just one reason of dozens. The inability to get a strong erection is one of the first symptoms of literally hundreds of possible diseases and psychological hangups, as well. So my advice is, don't listen strictly to any person's advice in this forum, as "gospel." Keep your own counsel, and monitor your own body as you go along. Try to be objective and scientific.

These exercises are meant to be a guide for us. They are based on solid physical principles. But other physical debilities will prevent some from being able to utilize them. Just keep your own counsel, be smarter, take what you can from this information, and adapt it to your own personal situation.
