hey guys, how important do you think erection quality is on gains?
well i was thinking last night that its possible to get great gains by "just" keeping an erection for 4 hours. so, why dont we grow at night when we have nocturnal erections? i mean they are still erections, right?
i was thinking that when we clamp/ jelq we are forcing the tunica beyond what is normal, but without the super hard nocturnal erections it has no reason to stay in this enlarged state. every night we are simply forcing a enough blood for an erection, which in my case does not get me SUPenis EnlargementR hard, but if we were forcing alot more blood with improved pc muscle etc then do you think this would provide a good environment for the tissues to heal in this extended state? so, do you think that by doing a good kegel routine and also aerobic exercise (which will give you rock hard erections) will give gains when used with a girth based routine?

Sure why do you think dld got such good gains? because the older sites pushed kegels over getting bigger! small and HARD is better than HUGE and floppy. It's been my down fall for the last couple of years. I'm convinced I made better gains when I did kegels 2 hours a day while driving to and from work than I do now.

What are those??:(

aerobic exercise from wikipedia

In physical exercise, aerobic exercise is complementary to anaerobic exercise. Aerobic literally means "with oxygen", and refers to the use of oxygen in muscles' energy-generating process. Aerobic exercise includes any type of exercise, typically those performed at moderate levels of intensity for extended periods of time, that maintains an increased heart rate. In such exercise, oxygen is used to "burn" fats and glucose in order to produce adenosine triphosphate, the basic energy carrier for all cells. Initially during aerobic exercise, glycogen is broken down to produce glucose, but in its absence, fat metabolism is initiated instead. The latter is a slow process, and is accompanied by a decline in performance level. The switch to fat as fuel is a major cause of what marathon runners call "hitting the wall."

Among the recognized benefits of doing regular aerobic exercise are:

* Strengthening the muscles involved in respiration, to facilitate the flow of air in and out of the lungs
* Strengthening and enlarging the heart muscle, to improve its pumping efficiency and reduce the resting heart rate
* Toning muscles throughout the body, which can improve overall circulation and reduce blood pressure[citation needed]
* Increasing the total number of red blood cells in the body, to facilitate transport of oxygen throughout the body[citation needed]
* Increased storage of energy molecules such as fats and carbohydrates within the muscles, allowing for increased endurance[citation needed]
* Neovascularization of the muscle sarcomeres to increase blood flow through the muscles[citation needed]

As a result, aerobic exercise can reduce the risk of death due to cardiovascular problems. In addition, high-impact aerobic activities (such as jogging or jumping rope) can stimulate bone growth, as well as reducing the risk of osteoporosis for both women and men.
