After getting lots of expansion from edging with a cock-ring, the grip is so much better (flaccid).

But I'll watch out for a high quality baby powder, just in case :).

And much thanks to everyone on this site, I couldn't see myself going to any other PE site. They all just seem to easygoing about it. Here it seems like were trying to get our gains as fast as possible.

There is no fear or injury in doing erect stretches. if it is something you have not done before, you will feel some burning session when pulling to any side be it left or right. But after let's say about a week of doing it, you won't be feeling those burns anymore. If you want to get good erect gains, you have to do erect stretches at least 3 times a week. I do it every day.
 
erect stretching is completely necessary in securing erect bp length. the gap between flaccid stretches bone pressed length and erect bone pressed length is closed by doing erect stretches. And you do not need a ton of time, 3-4 workouts for 10 minutes each week would be plenty.

I do 3 reps each to the left and right I hope I'm okay? I do mine daily though.

Hey the more the better but I was giving direction to the minimum. I would include a rep directly centered too.

Tried erect stretches last night very intense how on earth do you guys keep a grip with your hands on an erect penis?

For all my manual grips flaccid or erected I use a very simple trick, but this only works for uncut penises. When you pull the foreskin back, all that section is humid. Grab just one square of toilet paper and fold it in half. Wrap it around your penis half covering the glans, the other half at the beginning of the shaft behind the glans. Grab around over the paper. Since the skin is humid that paper is not going anywhere. In fact after you finish your set you will need to peel off the paper from your cock because the adhesive properties is very good. No slippage, strong firm grip.

after peeling off the paper cover your glans with your skin immediately to build up humidity again for the next set.

I guess a penis that has been mutilated can put water around with a cotton swab or something.

I think is a tradition that should only be limited to Jewish people, because it comes all the way back to their own Diety, Jaweh or Enlil.

The rest of the world doing it for hygiene purposes is ridiculous and was debunked a long time ago.

I even thought myself in the past about getting circumsized because I was a minority being uncut. But the world started changing and today the communities of people trying to restore their foreskin are growing like weed.

Bottom line I think there is absolutely no logic reason for that mutilation, with the exception as I stated of the Jewish people.

What I do is pull my foreskin back, squeeze blood into the glans and kegel so its full. I then use my thumb, and index finger to grip tightly underneath the glans, but above where the foreskin has been stretched. Commence the stretch.

When combining that with the MOSgrip its ridiculous, only my own grip limits me by the fact it eventually cuts off circulation.

As for circumcision being done, well, its not just Jews that favor it from tradition, but Muslims also.
So, they in theory have just as large a claim to keeping it. Me personally, its ridiculous to go off religion like that, but, its a choice they keep on making, and studies have proven its no more hygienic. I have always pulled my skin back and cleaned it several times each day, no issue whatsoever.

If I'm going to be really frank about this, I see it as male genital mutilation covered up, or, tolerated because of religion, and the masses are scared to say anything against some people because of the storm they may start for example being seen as anti Semitic.

Thank goodness I got my skin :) would not want to part with it.

I have NEVER had a hygienic issue by being uncut. In oder to really smell bad and grow cheese in there that person has to be FILTHY and unhealthy.

Circumcision in the USA has been traditionally popular for these hygiene reasons, but I believe that perception came due to the fact that this country was very hard to create and is something that took place in modern history. Colonizing this land and expanding the frontiers was something unbelievably tough. People men and women were bleeding to death and carrying infections from battles with the indians. Starvation was big and the last thing they had access to was hygiene. They were lucky if they were settled to batch themselves once a day.

As time went by, it became more "convenient" to cut the skin in order to keep it automatically clean throughout the day by having the glans exposed. Of course, if they were taking a bath just once a day without soap and having physical activity the whole day, those dicks were smelling like dumpster constantly.

However today, we are blessed enough thanks to those heroes to be able to take 5 comfortable showers a day if we want. I personally shower morning, before the gym, after the gym, and before bed, and shave all my body. It feels awesome, is not hard to do and keeps the body pristine. And I expect the same habits from a woman.
 
MOSgrip will give you the best possible hand grip on doing these exercises. But I would not make a big deal out of shorter reps as long as you are erect and the stretch is strong. Some men who were able to use the Lengthmaster to stretch this way.
 
Make no mistake about this...In the US, the foreskin is big business.

Indeed it is. The reasons have changed from religious to health. But you’ll find that 85% of Americans are circumcised.
 
I was ostracized from thunder’s place because I advocated for 100% he erect exercises and they sell to it was way too dangerous. It’s funny because today everybody does he erect work.

Erect Hanging is a thing so yes, that would count but there are much safer and productive ways to accomplish this. Erect work tends to be more towards manual work, pumping and Clamp work.
 
I do some erect "shakes" too between excersizes, before I rest it completely for 30sec or so. So, after let's say a slow squash jelq or a pump set, I let my both hands dive in left and right of my penis, while erect. The idea is to balloon/edge my penis from the sides, with both indexfingers against the very base. I do them on the base itself and behind my balls (also left and right, but you can also push against your "bump" between the balls and anus, gives a pump too), if you find the right spots to push or clamp real hard, you can not believe how many vanes pop up. I mostly add my thumbs on the top of my penis to give a downward push at the same time, so it will pull a little on your ligs and gets even more clamped. Then I move my hands either left up the base or right up the base, creating a swinging motion. Then my penis tends to grow even more, but now in lenght also. It gives me a wider base and a really big mushroom...watch out though, you can overdue it and don't cut of your circulation, always find a point with no major bloodvessels underneath. You can hurt your penis, so start of light with mild helicoptering and work your way up so your penis can handle the extra blood. After pumps, in combination with jenqing, it helps fluid retention also and gives a real veiny look afterwards.
 
I tried them last night for the first time and once i got 100% erection, I could only stretch for 10-15 seconds or so before it started going down. Now I didn't really feel too much when stretching until towards the end, I felt a slight pain for a split second and automatically stopped. Then edged after. I felt new soreness I have never felt before. My question is, how do I know how hard to pull? just until I don't feel the pain?

For me, I pull hard from the extreme base. I feel soreness from the base when I pull to the right side and left side. I don't feel any soreness when I pull to the center.
