If I go back about 10 years ago when I was in my early 30's, I was a machine. I would not only have a ton of volume, but I would shoot my load out about 5 feet. My wife loved it, it was a ton of fun.

Advance to now, I'm in my early 40's, and I not only dribble out, but the volume has gone way, way down. I workout a ton, I take my vitamins and tons of protein and I drink a ton of water per day. It's a bit of a bummer. The stuff comes out thicker and often chunkier.

Any hints as to solutions to this problem? Kegals? Maca? Anything else?
 
I have the same problem but I'm only 21! I cum droplets, tbh mate I just dnt think there is a real concrete way to increase cum loads

I don't mean to judge you, but 4-6 is kinda overdoing it and wil definitely effect the ejaculation in general.
Try holding it for at least two days. After that edge for >30 min with some good adult entertainment.
Before actual orgasm, try to hold it in as long as possible... and shoot like a fully automatic howitzer cannon!!!
 
I find my ejaculation is consistent with how long I go in a single session without cuming. So if I masturbate and it lasts 5 minutes it is a small amount but if I go for an hour it is huge, despite how many times per day.
 
The more I ejaculate, the less comes out. If I go say a week without ejaculating, I will need several tissues haha.

Also ... if I "tease" myself, by say watching adult entertainment (the day of, or night before having sex), and not ejaculating ... then my ejaculation is good (volume-wise). And as ^ stated, a long session will usually "build up" good ammo as well.


It can really vary though, I would guess that's normal (unless the variations are extreme under the same conditions).
 
Athos, I'm 38 and never used to be a big distance squirter. I started doing some research and found some of the best supplements over time that really made a difference for me. I started with a calcium/magnesium/zinc tablet and selenium. These all work together for the natural production of testosterone production in the body. I added 3 x 1000mg capsules of lecithin. This really made a big difference and really helped with the volume. If you can manage a little stimulation, without ejaculation, approx 1 hour before you have sex, it seems to really increase the volume and intensity of the orgasm. It's almost like a warm up before you exercise. Make sure you stay well hydrated. Time between ejaculations is a huge factor also.

I've tried several of the "volume" pills and have found a couple that workeed for me. Magna RX (which I just saw the other day is now being sold at Wal-Mart) worked pretty good for price - $25. The best I found was a pill called Xplosion. It's about $40 bucks for a bottle. That stuff gave me some huge volume and some huge distance, both being better than when I was in my 20's. I would only take it for a couple of days in a row before I knew I was going to have a hot date night with the wife. Their directions say the more consistent you take it, the more improvement you can expect. I'm not sure how much I believe that due to the need to cycle anything that has messes with your hormones. I used to get it at a local adult book store, but they don't carry it any more, so I tried another brand and it seems to work ok. I can't remember what it's called, but I think they all have pretty close to the same ingredients; ie. maca, horny goat weed, tribulus, yohimbine (I don't care for this stuff), arginine, and a few others. I think the key is to find the one that works best for you.

One last little thing, I've seen pornstars do this. Right at the point of ejaculation, squeeze the uretha at the base of the glans just for a brief moment in time to build a little pressure. Concentrate on giving a forceful kegal, and release when you feel the pressuremoving up to the tip. Just make sure your not pointing at anything not cum proof...like your wife's eye! lol

I've read about Clomid also and heard good things. I'm trying an estrogen blocker this week called Estro-x on the tail end of a Tren cycle. I'll let you know if I notice a difference after Saturday night.

The volume thing is kinda like the penis size thing, don't you think? It's about how you feel about yourself, right? My wife is always excited when I have a large cumshot, though. I've noticed when I'm running HCG 250iu every three days my load is a ton more. A lot of other guys have the same reaction to it. you can inject it IM or SubQ with a small guage needle too.
