JELQING:

Jelqing (also known as milking) is an exercise designed to force large amounts of blood through the penis, increasing the internal pressure and creating controlled damage or micro-tears in the structure of the penis. This damage will be mostly repaired overnight but overworking or not taking rest days will reduce efficacy. The effects can be to increase length or girth or a combination of the two.

The exercise consists of applying an OK style thumb and forefinger grip encircling the base of the lubricated partially erect penis, restricting blood flow, and pulling this grip forward toward the glans. Once one hand has reached the glans the same grip and motion is applied with the second hand. This process is repeated for a number of strokes in a continuous milking motion. Each stroke should take no less than three seconds.

It is important that jelqing is proceeded with and followed by a warm wrap, to relax the tissues and minimise chances of injury.

Step By Step Jelqing
Apply OK grip at base with first hand
stroke forward toward the glans
Apply OK grip with second hand and release first hand
stroke forward toward the glans
Apply OK grip at base with first hand and release second hand
Repeat from 2 to 5

Kegels, are the repeated crunching of the BC muscle, the muscle that can halt the flow of urine mid stream. They are used to increase the hardness of erections, they do not in themselves provide for permanent penis enlargement but having a well trained muscle is essential for many penis enlargement exercises, and they will help directly with sexual performance.

ah man...

a kegel is just the act that you do when say holding in your pee if you have to piss Really bad. like if you wanted to say stop the flow of piss from coming out after you've started pissing then that would be like doing a kegel. A reverse kegel would be the exact opposite. To perform a reverse kegel you'd do the same thing you'd do to "push" out your urinal flow.

DLD gave a word for word scientific explanation as to what a kegel is, if you still don't get it maybe someone else in [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]mos[/words]' extensive library explained it in a way you can understand thus why the search function is there. Maybe you knew about it already which is why i'm guessin you took offense that someone would point it out to you, but how was Sik gonna know that?
