Hey everyone, many of you probably have never seen me before or don't remember me. I've been a member of this forum for quite some time and have been a Penis Enlargement'er for a while now.

I gained quit a bit in the time I did Penis Enlargement. About 1.25" in both length and girth. It was incredible.

The point of this post is that you HAVE to keep Penis Enlargement'ing to cement your gains or you will lose some of them. I got a new job, girlfriend, and started college again and couldn't find time. I was at 7.25x5.25 and now I'm down to 6.75x5". It's extremely dissapointing to lose gains you worked so hard for. I look at my old progress pics and hang my head in shame <

I plan on hitting it hard again though and reaching my goal. Anyway, how's everyone been?

Hey spektrum, glad to see you back. Yes it is a damn shame you lost some of your gains your gains... Did you stop cold turkey? I just hope I can get by with a 30 minute jelq routine a couple times a week for maintainence.

I am sure you will gain it back in no time though.

How much of your gains did you keep?

I did keep quite a bit, 1" in girth and .75" in length.

I stopped in the worst way possible, cold turkey. I feel that if I kept a jelq routine up that I would have kept the girth and light stretching just to cement the length gains.

I had worked my way up to a pretty extreme hanging routine. When you go from extreme to nothing, you'll lose some gains. It did take some time, about 6 months to lose it all. My size now IS cemented, so I don't have to worry about losing further.

I'm poking my head pack in as well. I've been away for far too long and need to start my Penis Enlargement routine back up. I still have my mind set on attaining the "ideal" 8x6 size that I've wanted since I began Penis Enlargement...I haven't measure lately because I'm afraid that most of the gains I made have probably went away because I haven't had any kind of maintenance routine during my absence.
