Doctor Thinks Bathmate Caused My Papules. Legal Action?

The Biomagnetism is not government related (I hope), it was initially an experiment and theory that magnets could benefit to balance pH levels of your body or something of some sort. So after over a year of dealing with my newly formed Papules and even posting on this site with great help from everyone. I finally contacted my doctor. Now I know this is a crap shoot and most likely it's buyer be ware stuff but could legal action be taken here?
