This is an exercise I do from time to time when I am trying to get a better flaccid hang and a more pronounced separation of the extreme under base of my penis and where my scrotum attaches. It is easy and very effective.

DLD's Extreme Scrotum Stretch
This exercise is to be done in a standing position
In a completely flaccid state grab your scrotum right above the testicles with a standard OK grip. Now stretch them up toward your belly button. Now, reach behind your legs grabbing your penis by the glans and stretching it up toward the top of your crack. Stretch to your max with both hands and hold this position for 30 seconds.

Nah, it is not so much for me I put it up for the Ball Hounds:D
 
It is a slow stretch at first it is kind of painful but as it losens and gets longer it becomes easier and easier.

If the skin that attaches the base of the penis to the top of the scrotum is too tight the penis tends to stick out. When this skin in stretched in this area is allows the penis to hang lower.
 
i guess ur right dld, how many reps,sets etc shood i do a day. when i do this one time that skin feels like rug burn. mad pain lol. how long might it take to see results approx.?

A good precursor to this workout and a sure fire way to avoid the "rug-burn" feeling is to do the Testicle Health Massage. This will relax your scrotum and allow for a much more comfortable stretch. I used to include this in my nightly ritual and I did this for apprx. 15 minyes (testicle health included).
 
I have been playing with this stretch today to rid my turkey neck and it seems to be helping from the temporary look of the penis afterwards.

Also this can be done by gripping the penis just underneath the glans and with the free hand gripping the scrotum. Pull the penis upwards or straight out, depending on how bad the turkey neck is and with the hand around the scortum pull downwards and away towards your anus.

Hold these stretches for aslong as possible and keep repeating.

I think this is a big reason why I never experienced TN.

It really does not take that much time to accomplish, either way.
 
I agree and already I notice my balls hanging lower. The skin adapts much quicker than anything. Also I have made a variation to this which is for those who have turkey neck quite bad and\or want to make it more intense for faster results, like myself and will post this variation soon. I'm noticing that the skin that was being the pest will in time be stretched downwards and oneday become part of the longer hanging testes.
 
awesome exercise DLD i've always had high balls, but these really work

i now know how to make my balls hang like sleeve of wizard

can i make them as low as i want though?

Indeed they do. It is so EASY to stretch skin, there is no reason any man has to deal with high balls.
 
This is working a treat for me. My balls are much lower and the turkey neck less pronounced than it was. I've also been doing these bundled by twisting the sack around about once or twice and getting a good grip than doing the exercise. Doesn't hurt and works really well to stretch the skin. I use another method from time to time that helps more with the turkey neck which I will explain more at a later stage when I get some drawings to show.

I am happy these are working for you RED. This is always why I have been amazed that guys have to deal with turkey neck, this exercise is a sure cure.
 
Thanks mate. Here's my variation on these for guys like me with turkey neck who need to get more of a stretch and aim specifically for that area, so in effect its more designed for just the turkey neck and I call them Trampolene stretches.
 
How is the scrotum being stretched toward the belly button if penis is in the way. This exercise would make sense to me if you're stretching the penis towards belly and stretching the scrotum between and behind legs up to ass, but I can't see the visual for this version.

You stretch to the right and left of the penis when in the upward position.

How much time do you need to spend doing them a day? I'd like to get rid of my turkey neck, but I already spend quite a bit of time stretching for size.

10 minute session will do wonders. Too much and your balls will hang to your knees:)
 
Yeah my balls are already pretty huge naturally, don't need all that. But my turkey neck has bothered me for quite some time. I'll give these a shot and see. Loosening that skin would result in better stretches all around.

It definitely works, I have 0% turkey neck and I have always done these along side the massage.
 
I've started doing them in with my normal routine. It'd be nice to get rid of my turkey neck. Mine isn't bad, so maybe it'll go away with ease.

Another preventive measure is to anchor a hand at the base of your penis to keep skin from being stretched from the scrotum, you will notice I do this with almost every stretch in my videos and I have absolutely no TN. With gains of over 4" you would think I would have some but this is just not the case.
 
Also would be great to do DLD Hardcore [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] Stretches while pulling down or back the scrotum. Unbelievable

That's how I normally do my stretches.

That hand that anchors at the base will prevent any Turkey Neck so it is smart for men to learn to stretch this way from the beginning.

And stretching the skin initially makes it easier to grow as you go on

Right but to be sure it is skin stretch on the penis and not the scrotum anchoring that hand at the base will make this happen. Men who stretch with no hand anchoring the base will face turkey neck almost every time.
 
Advice, for those who are interested:

I had to do this stretch to understand how it's done. It's interesting. I did DLD's stretch and moved into Red's. Turns out, I had been doing something akin to Red's stretch in passing.

Anyway, for DLD's scrotum stretch, it seems as though you'll be stretching your balls and penis in opposite directions, on opposite sides. In other words, if you grip your penis' head with your right hand, you'll be pulling your penis BACK toward your crack along your right leg while you pull your balls up along the left side of the base of your shaft.

If you're grabbing your head with your left hand, you'll be pulling your penis back toward your crack along your left leg, while gripping your sack above your balls and pulling up along the RIGHT side of your shaft. If done right, you'll feel it and it won't be unusual or overly awkward to do.

I hope these directions help make sense of the exercise. DLD, please correct me if I'm wrong.

Red's exercise (in my opinion), is simpler to do in terms of direction. Both are powerful.

For Red's stretch, you're simply pulling in opposite directions -- head at 12 o'clock, balls (ball skin) toward 6 o'clock.

My two cents: you might consider wrapping underneath your glans to help grip your penis. Since I was just testing this out, I cut the elastic band from an old sock and wrapped it around a couple of times. This might cause you to get slightly engorged. If it does, unwrap, wait and apply again. (obviously if you have your own solution for a better grip, go with it; I was just curious and wanted to test this out)

It is very helpful with TN. It will not increase ball size though, this is an elusive thing, the best advice I can give on increasing actual ball size is the Testicle Health Massage and Stretch found in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words]. This increases blood flow to the testicles and, in theory, should help enlarge them.
