I will now be taking 1 week off all PE, which I have not done in months and feel I need it. I will avoid any contact with my penis this week unless it is to urinate or shower, of course and will be applying lots of warm air whenever I'm at the computer and sitting down for periods of time.

Rest week update 8.01.16: Rest week is going well. I am avoiding all masturbation and no PE whatsoever this week. But something very discouraging has been happening in which my flaccid size has shrunk A LOT in both girth and length. I would have imagined that after 2 years of PE and seeing good stretched flaccid gains and erect gains, that this would not have happened and nothing has been cemented.

Don't sweat it, mine looks like a goldfish cracker! :) When we do not do PE on a regular bases the penis will tend to take it's rest turtled. The fluctuation on flaccid size, in my own experience can be as short as 2" and as long as 7" depending on activity and PE. Using [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ACE[/words] on everyday, even rest days will be a great help to training the penis to remain elongated. If I started to do this again I would not see sp much fluctuation either. The penis, inherently, will retract as much as possible when not in use.

I gave it a try and the evening Girth session feels great although my glans gets some redness.
The morning stretches caused me to turtle a little especially as I hit the straight out and upward angles. But the lower angles were great, especially BTC.

I am loving this workout. A lot of thought went into it and most things are covered that are important. Two things that should be included that I do not see are erect stretches and expressive stretches, both will deliver gains from a different angle or position. 5 minutes of Exspressive Stretches per workout is plenty and 3 times a week stretch erect for 5 minutes.

The workouts have been going well. The split seems to be especially good for the girth section in the evenings.

As per DLD suggestion, I have added 5min of 15 sec erect stretches 3 x per week during the Girth workout
I have also added 5 min of 30 sec of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words] Expressive Stretches in the Stretch workout, 3 x per week as well

For the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] Expressive Stretches, is there a video on it anywhere so that I can check I'm doing the right thing? And also - are they just done downwards or in all angles?

Another thing to note, in the firth section I had original said 15 sec erect jelqs... i meant 15 sec erect bends...

There is no video for Expressive Stretching with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PowerAssist[/words] but I can describe for you rather easily. You put your penis through the hole of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PowerAssist[/words], press the ring against the body exposing as much inner penis as possible, using the other hand stretch the exposed penis.
