A few of you may know me already from talking on other forums (I may be migrating to this one due to lack of interaction on the others...), but I thought it would be a good idea to start a journal on here to track my progress and hear advice from other members too.
A bit about me first:
I have been PEing religiously since September 2014 having started with JP90 then moving onto my own manual routine. I then did about 8 months with the BIB hanger from July/August 2015 but could never get the 'hang' of it and got some serious bruising, turkey neck and all sorts of stuff, so I moved onto the LG hanger in March 2016 and have had a much better experience since, even despite some blistering every 3-4 months.
All-in-all I've gained about 0.6" BPEL during this time (my primary goal is actually flaccid gains but I understand they come together with erect gains, so let's just focus on that) but I wasn't really tracking my gains until I started with the LG.
My goal is for that coveted 8x6 and right now my stats are:
BPSFL
194mm/7.6"
BPEL
178mm/6.9"
I am not measuring girth and will only focus on that once I've reached my erect gains.
My routine with the LG has been as follows:
Morning set:
40-45min (no break)
7kg/15.4lb
5min bundled stretches
Evening set:
60min (2*30min sets with 5 min break)
7kg/15.4lb
10min bundled stretches
Hanging angle: SD

As BPEL hadn't changed much over the last few months, I restarted with a manual program at the beginning of December to see if there is any change over the next few months and if the gains (especially BPEL) will improve:
10min warm air warm up
1min bundled stretches at 1.5 rotations in all 5 directions
DLD blasters (i.e. stretch up 100 kegels, A stretches for 50 reps)
15min jelqing
warm/cool down in the shower
Routine frequency: 1 day on, 1 day off
