So the idea is to put pressure on the glans with the cross taping and pressure around the base. Hoping to passively work girth....and I assume restore/stretch foreskin. Never heard or this done before. I have seen guys "ADC" with a cock ring or similar idea like a loosely fitted cable clamp. Never seen in all my years around the community someone report actual gains from it though. You're always free to experiment with your own idea though. Best thing to do is try an idea for at least 3 months. Take before measurements, preferably before pictures, and document any results along the way and after completion of the 90 day trial. With girth experiments, you should also give your penis at least a month off after conclusion to ensure there are no faux "gains" or temporary fluid retention. Likely the reason I have seen very few conclusive, proven beyond a doubt results from pumping.

I have always directed men to use a cock ring at the base to retain expansion but you may be on to something trapping blood at both sides. Give it a try and see what happens and please report back.
