Hello, another noob here. I look to gain a lot of insight from the vets here. I do manual stretches and use an air pump for my girth routine. I've doing PE for 6 months (half assed for some) and gained nearly .75 of an inch in length and .25 in girth. The routine below is what I've been doing commitedly and hope to make it as effective as possible à
I do my stretches (in all directions held for 25 Kegels and 25 reverse Kegels) in the morning and a girth routine that follows like this:
10 minutes at 5Hg
5 min jelq and massage
10 minutes at 5Hg
5 minutes jelq and massage
10 mins at 5Hg
5 mins jelq and massage
15 mins edge
Silicone cock ring (snug, not tight)behind balls till before bed (4-5 hours or so)
I've always wanted to incorporate bundled stretching into both my girth and stretching routines.
