I think one of the keys I found was to just ease your way up to pressure. I find that if I try to go to make pressure too quickly then I have a much higher likelihood of getting my balls sucked in. Also, stop and adjust the position carefully before adding pressure; if you need to face the shower head and tilt it forward to ensure it is full of water (captured from running down hour abdomen) and then adjust it to ensure it is centered left and right and directly under your shaft.

Well I have tried various methods with my PF. The best way is to used the largest bell with the medium sleeve and use the protector cap by monkey bar.
