Could I potentially harm my penis forever doing this? I am 18 and I don't wanna lose my ability to get erections.

Also, how can I gain girth and length? Just by doing the newbie guide?

There is NO WAY you could harm your penis doing this stuff...even if you doing it wrong way. 'lose my ability to get erections'...what are you talking about? Only way that I know to lose erection is to masturbate 10 times a day...now that's the way you lose your ability to get erections rofl . Just strech as much as you can..learn to properly grab your penis. Check out pics on how to properly strech..it's all over the place

Dont listen to this clown he doesnt know WTF he is talking about. Yes pe IS risky, you CAN damage your erections via pe. Just be sensible with your routine and with your technique.

Yes, there is such a thing as pulling TOO hard, and jerky movements aren't good either. You're meant to ease into the stretch, not just yank it hard or you might well end up being limp. Of course the penis is not invincible, but be wise and you can gain AND get better erections.

Yes, but surely opinion is all most are able to give on here since Penis Enlargement doesn't have a scientific basis just yet. I know for a fact that hanging with a vice style hanger can severely restrict circulation, particularly to the glans. Long-term blood reduction to the glans can mean it will have to be amputated, but of course that's a worst case scenario!

the odds of you injuring your dick goes down significantly if you 1) warm up/down or soak it for 15-20 mins 2) know your physical limits, when you did enough to your dick to do an affective routine.

i tried to always do that and it worked out for me. just take care of your dick, you only get one so be careful
 
listen to ur body.. ull know what a good workout is but youll also know when ur taking it too far.. bib can hang 40 lbs but he started out with 5 lbs.. everyone starts easy and builds up
