i have finally gain which has made me well happy and got me more into the game.
I was 6.5 NBPenis EnlargementL by 4.75 MSEG, now measuring at 6.75 NBPenis EnlargementL by 4 and 7/8 MSEG, which is 1/4 inch in length gain, and 1/8 in girth!

CONGRATULATIONS!

What is your workout and how long have you been training?
 
well i have not been consistant with it, but for about 1 month a spent 4-6 hours 5 days a week in a silicone [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] while at work, and tried to hang 1 set a day for 10min with around 6-7kg - 13.2-15.4lbs. and no and then just some manual stretching!
for girth i have just been doing wet jelqs for 200-300, for about 8 odd days before i noticed an increase which i thought it was just a pump from a work out earlyer but i measured again the next morning! but lately i have been adding in 5min sets of clamping to get back into it!

that totally true DLD! i do need to pull my finger out and just do it!
and i have been doing it around 2 years but never consistant thats why i have never seen gains till lately, it has been easier to do though because my gf knows and she does not mind me doing it 1 bit, even tho she thinks i am perfect size as it is!

Well it seems like what you are doing is working and if the wife is happy everything is all right! :)
