yes at 8" they would unroll all the way, there is usually a 1/4" to a half inch left at the base, but my head size i think takes up some of the length away from the rubbers so they don't go all the way down also the shaft is 6" almost all the way just the last inch is bigger at the base.
i have not had room to spare inside a condom since i was like 17 they need to make thicker condoms, length i don't care about as long as it gets close to the base.
i am trying to get to 9X6.5(or 7 if i am lucky) so i guess i will need a garbage bag for a condom or no condom at all (snip snip time)
