I would give a quarter of an inch (even through all that time and effort), to have sagging nuts like the dude in the video. And I'm sure I'm not alone.

So, if we have accumilated hundreds of penis enlargment exercises (that is a costly as air), then I know we can come up with ten ball exercises. I wish my nuts sagged like that even in the pool.

I'm sure someone thought of this already, but I will be making a ball hanger tonight. Wish me safe experimenting.;)
 
Stumpy, There are ball weights available from secret leather, and the testicle health massage that DLD came up with is extremely helpful in lowering the testicles. I'm also a fan of ball jelqing as this will help lower the testicles but it also seems to improve blood flow into the scrotum causing a more full looking scrotum. It's not necessarily the testicles getting bigger but there is more fluid inside the scrotum.

What you are looking for, is often in pe language called "low hanging bull balls". Great ways of getting them is as millionman says ball jelquing, testicle massage.
Also stretching your balls downwards, while strtching your member upwards is a good technique.
What you should try to do is stretch the skin between your penis and your ball sack. Before doing the "upward penis/downward balls stretch", put some lube or skin cream on that skin area, for skin to get soft, smooth and ready for stretch.
Always try to do your ball stretching in hot temperature, this makes your balls hang lower and you will get out more of the stretching session.

I'll pass on buying ball wieghts, I made a boot-legged one last night.

New routine: In shower clamped wall squash jelq, then in bed doward nut stretch while watching sports center.

A nice loose sac happens fastest with DLD Testicle Health Massage. This will stretch your scrotum (very easy actually) It will also allow your penis to hang lower when flaccid. My scrotum hangs quite a bit more than most men I have seen but I also shrink up as times (in the sac) The best you can do is consistently stretch it.

Hey DLD or anyone, how do you purposely, abtain a up-ward curve. What exercises, routine, that has given anyone a noticable up-curve on purpose or accident. Because, I just decided, why not get a curve, instead of continusly gaining straigth length crazy it may sound, but how do you do it.

All ears.

Edit: I just searched on how and I gained a little knowledge, but o anyone no how long it takes and the two best exercises for it.

As far as I know you could upward jelq, and that's about all I can think of. I wouldn't be too caught up on the upward curve, unless you already have one and would like to accentuate it. I have no idea how long it would take to develop but Penis Enlargement is a long enough process as it is and to get into specifics about how you want your dick to be shaped might be a bit far reaching in the total picture. Fixing peryoine's is one thing but to build an upward curve might prove to be extremely difficult.

Adding or reducing a penile curve is done buy jelqing against the curve. There are quite a few different jelq styles that can be used but basically it requires commitment, patience and time. I started seeing an very prominent upward curve at around 1 year in.
