Another great clamp exercise:
I 'discovered' an exercise last night that works VERY well with clamps. It's basically a modified bend+pan/width squeeze. Get max engorged, then you grab by your engorged glans. Now, squeeze the glans as if to do a Horse 440, take the wrist of your free hand and place it under your penis (still squeezing the glans). Bend your penis against your wrist...pressing the urethra area against your wrist. This feels a lot like a pan squeeze or 'width builder' squeeze, but youre also incorporating a slight bend. I did some of these in my session last night, and I got a very nice internal stretch in the side chambers. You should have your wrist turned so that your thumb on your wrist hand is pointing skyward. In other words, youre using the more narrow side of your wrist, not the wider, flat part. You can still use your wrist like you would a rim of a toilet seat or desk, etc and target 'segments' of your penis.
