Keep it on for at least an hour after training but if the pump remains keep it as long as possible. The idea is to heal for as much time in an expanded state to make the gains permanent as fast as possible.

Every sex shop has them or you can just google cock rings and find an online store. Just a plain old, medium sized, rubber ring is all you need. Nothing fancy at all. Shouldn't cost more than $5.

Even after 1 hour, I still have expansion. I will see if I can remove the cock ring, throw in some SSJ and wear the cock ring for another 1 hour. I will try it tonight.

I did it last night. I removed the cock ring after 1 hour and did 10 minutes of SSJ and then I wore the ring for another 1 hour before taking it off. It's morning in my country now and I still have expansion from last night

This is the second time that I'm doing it and I've realized that, wearing the cock ring for 2 to 3 hours with SSJ in between helps with more durable expansion which leads to quicker gains in girth.

It feels like I did he sessions in one day. I will try to make it a habit.
