I do a 1-on-1-off routine, myself, with some light jelqing on my "off" days.
My routine consists of the following:
20 minute heat wrap
10 minutes of jelqing
25 minute clamped exercises (usually horse squeezes and bends right now)
20 minute heat wrap (while the clamp is on lightly around my whole
package)
25 minute clamped exercises
20 minute heat wrap (while the clamp is on lightly around my whole
package)
