I do "Constrictors" (or Extreme Ulies, whatever you wanna call them) for girth. Should I do them every day?

I was fucking around with my ex girlfriend yesterday and she noticed my dick looked bruised and shit. She commented on it's size, but mostly wondered why it looked bruised. I didn't tell her shit.

Is there anything I can do to avoid getting that purple dick shaft? I really believe in doing these every day to get results, but now I don't know.

I always go for "maximum expansion" each workout... I manually squeeze above the clamp as well to further expand my shit. I also do horses while clamped... whatever I gotta do to fatten up my shaft. It seems to be working... it's been many months now. I just wish the gains were more dramatic, which is why I consider training less to not be a good idea. It seems like I can't get past a certain point, though.
 
I did constrictors every day for a while and got pretty good results. I found that if I did my routine "balls-to-the-wall" for like 15 minutes (as opposed to my regular 30 minute clamp workout), I'd get the same results, but much less bruising.
 
Damn. I usually train for like an hour on girth.

Like, for me, the first 15 minutes is just a warm up... I notice that on that 3rd, 4th and 5th set is when my cock really maxxes out. Maybe I'm over doing it, but I don't wanna give my cock a chance to get back to it's original size... which it will, if I skip a day or two.

You think maybe a hot wrap would help?

I dunno...I haven't worked my way up to doing it for that long yet. Maybe try doing it for less time than usual, but really kick your cock's ass the whole time you're doing it.

And hot wraps definitely help. I use a rice sock.
 
I've been trying to get people to try clamping every day, or even twice per day which I do.

Once the weaker tissues toughen up to be able to handle frequent clamping, you can do it without having to worry about the beaten up feel and look. Then, the repeated work can only accelerate your gains.

My routine is usually 20 minutes in the AM, and 2 sets of 20 minutes in the PM. It's working really well, I've stuck with this for the last several months and can't see myself changing it any time soon.
 
How are your gains coming on that program? I might start doing something like that.
 
Try doing a mixture of manual and constricted exercises. I do a sort of uli until i see the head go all puffed up and smooth (usually less than five min) and then use a constictor to further expand what my manual exercise has achieved.
I tend to find that a mixture of manual and constricted exercises is far more beneficial than either one on their own and can be done in a shorter amount of time for the same effect thus achieving less stress on tissues.

that does sound good, im with godsize, i've been doing it about 6 on and 1 off now an hour each night and haven't seen much of any gains.. i'll have to try the am and 2 pm sets.. how long do you rest between the pm sets?
 
i do extreme ULIs,and my preexercise girth is somewhat around 5 inch.Postexercise girth is near 6 inch.Period of exercisening is around an hour.
After that i leave it clamped in a semi(hiper)erect state for couple hours.In the evening i still measure above my normal girth mesurements.Tommorow morning he feels havier.Hope this helps!
 
oh, i almost forgot to mention.Have gained 0,15 inch in 2 weeks for now.Besides ULIs i do horses,slow jelqs(whit hand used as a clamp,during that i kegel),This is new! I put clamped penis on a desk and press it whit palms of both hands.Something for the width.

I think you were asking me right? When I do 2 sets, I will usually rest 5-10 minutes in between, staying erect.
