So what's the deal with eating hot chillis and girth gains? I read someone on here saying that eating chillis will aid girth gains because it helps with circulation and its like having an all day cock ring on. Any truth to this?

Maca is amazing btw. I throw about 2500-3100mg of it in my wife's protein shake every morning (I make her breakfast every morning, ain't I sweet?) and she's been a HORNY DEVIL over the past week.
