at the moment i have 3 different routines, all based off of how much time i have to stretch. I have my hanging routine (if i have anywhere from 45min-1hour), my hanging/manual routine (if i have about 35 or so minutes), and my manual routine (if i have anywhere from 15-30 minutes).
