Since you've got 3 posts I'll assume you're kind of new.

Many guys, myself included, have erection difficulties both in everyday life (depending on your age and personal circumstances) and at the beginning stages of their Penis Enlargement life and/or routine.

Normally, you will blow past this problem after a certain amount of time...depends on the individual and his routine.

From what I've experienced, the 20 min to 30 min jelq sessions seem to pull me right out of the slump. For example, last week I experimented with the 5 min jelq session followed by doing my 50 Uli's twice per day. I was fine during the workout but for sex I struggled big time! Yesterday I did two 20 min sessions (am/pm) and BAM! rock hard sex. I think 20 min is long enough personally...and then sometimes it will take a couple of days to about 3 months at the longest to fix the problem. You have to be consistent and be patient.

You'll need to keep reading and using the SEARCH button and then experiment with things to see what works but don't over-complicate it...keep it simple.

Oh, and one more thing...kegel every 4th or 5th jelq for a few minutes. Now go kick ass!

For me anyway changing to a slicker lube not only helped but was like night and day in comparison. Literally instead of struggling to get to 50 or so, I sometimes must back off to allow for the erection to weaken. Try it. I am currently using KY with a bowl of warm water to "refresh it" as needed. Being water based the water slickens it back up. If it dries out it gets fairly sticky.

My jelqs are a little slower then most and i really squeeze the crap out of my boy. The most I can jelq at full mast is about 35. Then I need to get it back up to take another run at it.

Of course I'm married, so I'm used to the real thing and there is no comparison.

Is it necessary to stretch 3x every exercise?

Would i still get the same results if i stretched left right middle 3 times only?

Don't forget to kegel throughout the day, whether you're jelqing/stretching or not. This should help your erections as well.
