I've been trying to reverse kegel for a while now, but just can't figure it out. i do exactly what i do to piss harder, but i don't really feel anything
if you can do it when you pee...you can do it when you are not...it probably is just very weak so you don't feel any reaction....i would suggest try to do as many as you can while you are peeing and right after that way you get the hang of them when you are not even thinking about going to the bathroom...eventually it will become routine...good luck

i took a piss and flexed a couple times. i keep flexing my lower back. is that ok? i did it in the mirror and my balls went up when i flexed, so i think i'm doing it (it looks funny as hell haha)
Its more like you are pushing your shit out .. where you tummy kinda inflates ... or another way of knowing is when you have a full bladder and start to pee .. there comes a time where you want to INCREASE the FORCE Of the FLOW .. thats also when u reverse KEGAL or .. not to make thinks sound disgusting when FARTING you are also kinda reverse kegalling ... you kinda feel the perenial area being pushed out and it seems to be pulled in when kegalling ... try to focus when doing the following mentioned above
It kinda rises up for me but not to the extent when doing a kegal , as in when doing a regular kegal my balls will (what they call in FREAKY ENGLISH TAO LANGUAGE) "SUCK UP" completely but with a reverse kegal its hardly 1/4 of the distance. But as far as I know its the perenial area where you can press on your PC/BC muscle that seems to give the indicating movement. If isolating a reverse kegal is hard try to incorporate breathing into the technique e.g BREATH IN ..AND YOUR STOMACH INFLATES and as you do you will fell the external push of near your perenium area (so much that if u take it beyond you might accidentally pee or fart) try doing it in a slow pace and eventually you can isolate that movement and AS YOU BREATH OUT do a KEGAL and SUCK UP YOUR TESTICLES.

I think people expect a huge event to happen when they do a reverse kegel when really it is quite subtle. I also think people may make too much of this exercise when the movement is simple. When you are peeing and you pee harder, that muscle flex is a reverse kegel. Hope that helps.

Stretch hard and relax your pelvic floor muscles fully, when you are stretching. Doing reverse Kegels outside of a stretch, isn't beneficial if you are not urinating.
Kegels you should do all the time when you are not stretching.
