Can anyone recommend a weight loss pill with no side effect?

I'm trying to get rid of my fat pad (Big Belle) at all cost. I'm currently 8 inches bone pressed Erect when I measure. I am aiming for 9 inches bone pressed erect length. I want to get rid of my fat pad very fast. I'm jogging for 30 minutes daily and eating twice daily. I don't eat at night. My fat pad has reduced so much but I still have it and I know I have a minimum of 1 inch length of penis hidden under it. I'm looking for a weight loss pill with little to no side effect. Please I need suggestions from you guys. Thanks.

There is one pill I found called T5 fat burner and it gives result but I think it has a side effect so I'm scared to use it.

What worked really well for me was a fiber pill. I can't remember the name but there were a few of them. Basically the pill expands and fills your stomach with fiber which curbs the appetite. It was a huge help for me.
 
I will be glad to know the name of any of those pills did. Hopefully, there will be more comments from others who view thread.
 
I've found an Aloe Vera product called Clean9. I've read about it. I'm giving it a try.

Do it the correct way instead of short term solutions, correct way = calorie deficit.

I've reduced my food intake which has also got a hold of my calories intake. I just want to jumpstart the journey.

Use this one as its dead on accurate. Jump start this and that, do not cheat with your calorie intake during 14 days and you´ll be amazed what consistency can achieve.

Do not go lower than what this calculator says, subtract/eat extra jogging/gym calories that you burn.

Hello all!

I haven't been very active on the forum, but I read daily. And it seems there are a lot of men here looking to drop their body fat % for a smaller fat pad.

Training and nutrition is my area of expertise, and my passion.

Without going nuts and typing huge paragraphs, I'm going to give some general tips that would work for anyone looking to lower their body fat %, get shredded, increase visible/useable penis size etc.

1. Zero carbohydrates for breakfast (protein and fat - chicken breast and almonds for e.g.) this forces your body to use the fat (and your fat stores) as energy for the day. It will also increase dopamine levels in the brain and put you in a great mood, full of energy right away in the morning!

2. Eat a ton of greens (spinach, kale, broccoli etc).

3. Don't restrict calories too much. This will, in the long run lead to an overall increase in body fat as too few calories causes the body to breakdown protein from our muscles as an energy source, less muscle = lower metabolism = harder to lose fat + plus a huge spike in the catabolic hormone cortisol, which prevents all regeneration and repair in the body. No fat loss and no PE gains!?!?

4. Eat protein at every meal. Maintaining muscle mass is essential to keeping your metabolism. Build muscle if you can!

5. Take your 30 minutes of running time and turn it into a 15 minute sprint interval session. 30 second all out sprint + 2.5 minute rest x 5. (These will be hell, but by far the most rewarding change anyone can make to heir training)

Improving body composition isn't about shortcuts. More often you will see better results by eating the right way, keeping muscle mass or building mass, having good hormone regulation and training effectively.

Place a marathon runner next to Usain Bolt... Who looks better, healthier, stronger?

Train and eat to be better, healthier and stronger.

Sorry for typing such a huge response, I'm am outrageously passionate about quality information regarding health and fitness as 98% of the info out there is not nearly legit.

Did you ever tried vegetables ?
Ok, they have a side effect, making me hungry.
But isnt it the point, get all the extra minerals, water and fibers clean the body ?

White meat, protein, muscle builder shouldnt be cut.
muscle pumped up by testosterone ... a key to a lean body

Too much oestrogen (hormonal imbalance) may be a cause of a fatter body and an aromatase inhibitor may be required. Like the 'Boron' element, found in radish.

Meth is better. You lose extra weight when those pesky no good teeth fall out
 
you dont need a pill.....you need knowledge or correct diet and exercsise and your fat will., be gone....
its not about eating less only but also about eating correctly
there are millions of things that cut fat like black tea , fibre , herbs, etc and most imprtant of all is workout....
so google around a bit and you dont need a pill
 
My HCG and GHRP-6 seems to be specifically targeting belly fat, but you have to inject it. Also low carb works great for fat loss and it is what bodybuilders use. They maintain the calorie intake and muscle mass, but burn the fat since there are no carb stores for your body to draw from. It takes awhile to get used to you'll feel like you have no energy until your body learns to start breaking down the fat for energy instead.
 
Thanks everyone for the comments. Now I'm certain I will just stick to Dieting and exercises, I registered for a gym class today. I have changed my length goal to 10 inches Bone pressed but I have a feeling I won't be able to use my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Hydromax[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X40[/words] when I get to 10 inches in length which means I have wasted my money in buying that pump. It's makes me sad.

since you said your a trainer then im sure u can help me with getting ripped...plus i have man boobs
im not a huge fan of gyming as i like natural methods of training but if gym is the best choice then i will go to one...lol
i was hoping if you could tell me a training program or someplace where i can get a training schedule
i was trying out shan T's insanity asylum workout....but that will make me get a bulky body and not a lean ripped....and i hate abs i like a flat stomach...

I'm worried because I'm doing a length only routine for now. I cannot do both length and girth on the same day. I believe in training heavily for one goal at a time. When I get to 9inches bone pressed I will decide whether to go for 10 inches.
 
Sure dude, basically you have two choices.

1. Follow a sprint interval program (no gym)

2. Lift weights in such a way that will induce hgh release and have a similar effect to sprints.

If you dont like the gym then go for sprints. They are without a doubt the fastest, most rewarding journey to shreddedness :D

Start by following the proven 'wingate protocol' for fat loss.

2 minutes jogging warm up
---
30 seconds all out 100% sprint
2.5 minutes walking
---

Start with 4 rounds, add one round every week or so and do this 3-5 times per week as you progress.

Follow the other steps in my previous comment and you will get there!

Sprints are quick, outrageously hard, and even more rewarding. Plus you have more time to practice PE and enjoy each day!

i agree sprinting is the best for cardio

I am working on length only therefore, I cannot do girth at the same time because my mind won't allow me. When I get to my length goal, I will concentrate on a girth only routine.

I find it too difficult to do both length and girth in the same day. Both exercises needs a different level of concentration. It's good to stick to one exercise just as acromegaly is doing, can't you how he is gaining? Because his mind is set in one thing at a time.

Tell yourself you want to get to your goal by December, with consistency you will get there and if you have a fat pad it's better to get rid of it. Mine is hiding whole 1 inch of length I believe so and I'm 8 inches now. I will measure again by end of the month.

you can actually do length is morning and girth in evening....hitting 2 birds with one stone...lol
 
There is no such a pill.Every pill that works actually even those which works slowly have side effects and every pills that worked is banned cause it was steroids or it named steroids like clenbuterol or ephedrine.most countries have banned them too.even the only reason those thing to kill you was if you had a heart disease already.but still not safe.so those without sideffects they are not working almost at all,actualy they dont worth the money you will spend on them.in my opinion the only thing without sideffects and its definatly not banned is L Carnitine. which is kinda expensive too cause you have to use to for 3-6 months to see soe good results.anyway stick with the a nice healthy diet.low carbs and low calories and maybe every 2-3 weeks you can do a 4days straight full protein meals to drop some water out of your body

Foolish me was measuring from the side and assuming I was 8 inches. I almost gave up on PE when I realized that I was measuring wrongly.
