Penis got loosened up but on my left side i have inflammation / pain when stretching this is not your normal aching but sharp stinging. Ive managed this for 2 years but I'm tired of not stretching and will continue to try to beat this thing. Good blood flow/ stretched the plaque but of course its pissed off, need for it to go down and get oxygenation to it.
Need more blood flow and oxygen to the penis. Need to heal with proper blood flow and reduce inflammation.
I started taking 3x a day pentox, starting coq10, L-arginine, chewing ginger everyday, vitamin D. Any of you brothers have any suggestions?
If i can stop inflammation, and increase blood flow / oxygenation to the penis i think i can start healing better.
Going to start drinking a gallon of water a day as well.
