In all do fairness, you are the only one that has so far barked that you can't see my pics. I do recall DLD commenting up the forum about them ;). I will move them to my profile in the future, I just don't have the time trying right now to figure out why it has no option to add a photo. When I do I can then add you so you can look. I get this site is about proof, why I moved here to begin with. I will update my forum but I honestly don't stock other forums unless it's title has something that interests me and has proof like the attachment icon... Once I get a routine I can follow I will put it on here...I have movember alone so facial hair and daily pump sessions I think till the partner comes home in December. So I have thought about this comment and if the community honestly wants the facts and no bullshit, I will explain probably in several log entries how I am making gains. I am first going to say that if you are new to PE, don't start with this till you have at least been practicing some form of PE for at least a month, and on a regular frequent basis. Once a week is not going to get you prepared for what I will share. I guess my ideas about PE may sound like it's going to cause serious harm, but guys, I have been playing this way for a year now and this is part of why I am getting gains so quickly with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] as my primary tool. My PE program evolved from being completely terrified that if I was to cause water retention, blistering, or any form of pain, I would back off completely; to a program that has the above, but as a sign that good things are too come. I am not physical by nature. I didn’t have a father that wanted to play sports with me. But I love sex, walking, hiking, fishing, and hunting. Not much for exercise, but if I got more, id probably really get the blood moving and I think it would enhance the gains.
I can say I do eat right, with the rare soda as I am only allowed 30g of carbs per sitting. I eat lots of meat (pork, beef, more fish then red, chicken and turkey), vegetables and fruits. I also eat lots of fat due to a low carb intake. Carbs consist of potatoes, rice and corn. I cannot have dairy OR gluten. Immune system! Due to the low carb intake I eat 6 times a day. Lots of nuts and seeds.

My supplements are derived over my heath. I basically have to beat my GI disorders by taking high levels of vitamins of supplements so I get the daily limits. By doing this, I am able to get what I need to PE. Basically all you need is magnesium, potassium, chromium, zinc, B6, and B12, and every amino in the diet. You want to build cells. I take the following so I can get the above from my food plus additional by supplements:

NAKA MULTI VITAMIN FOR MEN 30ML WITH BREAKFAST
500 MG KRILL OIL FOR CARDIO HEALTH
2G OF COCNUT OIL FOR ANTIOXADANTS
25MG ZINC FOR CELL DIVISION

EQUIPMENT AND EXTREME TECHNIQUE

I think it might be plaque just by the way it looked 6 months back. I had a spot on the top side mid way down my shaft that didn't look like it was releasing away from the goods within. It now looks like it's released now and I have been getting pretty close to the 8 mark in the pump. 7.5-7.75 at the moment is where I'm finishing.

Techniques Continued…

Shower Hang

I have a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]shower strap[/words], but I found using it at my stage now, its kind of annoying. 2. Rest 1 min.
3. Max out again but should be further. Hold for 2 min. Add more pressure. Hold 2 min. Release.
4. Rest 1 min.
5. Repeat 3-4 5 more times.

Basically this is the same program I am using now with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x40[/words], with some additions including the techniques above and the ones mentioned in other posts.
If you want to rest, that’s fine but I tend to rest in the tub or under warm water.

Massage the retention

Do at your own risk as I have no idea what it does, but hasn’t hurt me in any way.
So after a good pump and no retention, you get out and get dressed. But notice at your first piss break at work, you gained some retention. In private, I massage it out by grabbing the retention and squeezing lightly and massaging out. I even use a stroking motion in full grasp and pull up. This fluid basically is lymph and lymph has no heart to pump the fluid out. By massaging you putting the lymph back into the core, helping the fluid return as gravity would do over the day.

Pain
I have a high threshold so for me I have to be carefull. But stabing pain for me is a break sign. In the pump or outside of the pump. I break 2 days then try a light attempt and if its ok, I will go the next day. I find throbbing pain for me, is ok…similar to the gym, but ill relax with the pump.

Fatigue

7. November challenge

Taking breaks works for some folks too. I feel like the cock just needs to regain some of its strength after weeks of training. I don't usually take breaks because I feel like I'm too conditioned.

Few days ago, my partner left to see family and of course, i decided to use November for two things:

1. Extra Alone time with my cock

So since my last measure this summer, i have lost in EL. I have seen it before just prior to a big gain, so will see if that's the case in December. Here are my present STATS:

BPEL before: 7 1/8"
