Shower Hang

Balls (Cock Ring)
I find that I have to sometimes get the boys out of the way. I use a smaller

Well I got this pump on a Canadian site for 129.99, and came with nothing basically. I ordered the measuring device and the
strap. Over time, I stopped using the
strap as I was able to hold the

2. Rest 1 min.
3. Max out again but should be further. Hold for 2 min. Add more pressure. Hold 2 min. Release.
4. Rest 1 min.
5. Repeat 3-4 5 more times.
Basically this is the same program I am using now with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x40[/words], with some additions including the techniques above and the ones mentioned in other posts.
If you want to rest, that’s fine but I tend to rest in the tub or under warm water.
Massage the retention
Do at your own risk as I have no idea what it does, but hasn’t hurt me in any way.
So after a good pump and no retention, you get out and get dressed. But notice at your first piss break at work, you gained some retention. In private, I massage it out by grabbing the retention and squeezing lightly and massaging out. I even use a stroking motion in full grasp and pull up. This fluid basically is lymph and lymph has no heart to pump the fluid out. By massaging you putting the lymph back into the core, helping the fluid return as gravity would do over the day.
By doing this, I think I have also trained my body now that these vessels need to be strengthened. I get less retention BUT I still retain my intensity without going over board to cause retention forcefully.

6. Pain, Pleasure and Fatigue

Pain
I have a high threshold so for me I have to be carefull. But stabing pain for me is a break sign. In the pump or outside of the pump. I break 2 days then try a light attempt and if its ok, I will go the next day. I find throbbing pain for me, is ok…similar to the gym, but ill relax with the pump.
Fatigue
