What are some good routines to do so that dont involve buying a device? im on this whole "fat pad" obsession and I wanna make my penis more visible. i know i gotta exercise, but I gotta Penis Enlargement as well

From my research i would say That's pretty much it. Without devices you just gotta do manual excersizes consistently and with enough intensity.
