Has anyone gained some from this stretch yet?? i started this 3 weeks ago, definitely feel the difference but see no gains yet...

Great exercise which has really helped me out. We're working on getting the original thread back, trust me its being dealt with.

So how should i do this stretch? hold for 30 seconds? incorporate one stretch into the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words]? so in total 3 blue whale stretches of 30 seconds at the end after the upwards stretch? or should i do like 10 consecutive right after i'm done with the 3 repetitions of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] at all angles.
 
This is the main focus of my length routine along with BTC stretches (because of my LOT). I find this stretch intense, but it gives you those black marks from the intense grip you need. i can see them when flacid, but not when erect. At least the women wont know they are there lol.
 
There was two things I never got to figure out from the old thread.

1. Did you guys bundle the way blue whale described or will normal bundling do just fine?
2. My hands are moshed by my penis, which really makes it hurt quite a lot if you do these a lot a few days in a row. Any suggestions to avoid this?

Ok im not blue whale by a far shot, but i can try and answer peoples questions so we get this thread going.. and then maybe blue whale, redzulu ,dld and all the big dicks can come back and help us newbs out again..

1. Bundle it using the method blue whale describes. ( i think i got it right)
Ok first practice it with your right hand so were on the same page..

(a) Pull your penis out with a ok grip so that your hand is inverted ( by this i mean that if you stuck your thumb out straight it will point toward your body)
(b) Twist it toward the right and then flip your hand (still holding your penis of course) so that now if you if you stuck your thumb out it would point away from you... you can practice this at first without your penis, to understand the motion... it will create a really tight bundle near the base of your penis
(c) you can add more bundles to it here, but i honestly find that at first you should stick with this until it becomes necessary
(d)so now just stretch out the penis until you can get the end of your palm thats facing your body (which should be the opposite side of the thumb) to fit at the base of your penis and your body (or as close are you can get depending on hand size etc)
(d) now just rotate your hand up, stick your butt forward, dont go too hard at first its not like ligament stretching!
(e) ok you will feel a stretch all the way down your tunica,,

Tips: dont go for instensity at first, just make sure your doing it right,

2. Your hands are moshed? There isnt that much pressure on your hands here as the method uses leverage, which makes things much easier... if your talking about some tired ness and stiffness , mine just went away pretty quickly..

Alternate hands,, at least i do. This is because you will feel slightly on different sides of the tunica with each hand.. although the variance is not that great.. u do feel it... also it gives your hands a rest, and will improve your technique as your not always using your strongest hand... i think leverage is the key to this exercise.. that and baby powder for good grip.. i dunno how people are getting marks and stuff, but i guess everybodies cock is different... for me the tunica just loosens up at first and then it starts to stretch all along the underside... at the end of the session my tissue is tired and its harder to get a 10/10 erection..

I hope Redzulu sees this because hes probably already tried it...

WHat do you think about this addition to this stretch.. once your in full stretching postion and stretchiing upwards... you place/hook your thumb of your free hand directly on top of the base of your penis,, which of course if underneath the palm of your stretching hand... and then push down ..

I find it does a few things for me
a) Creates more stretch on the tunica (as it gets stretched over a larger area)
b) It does stretch the ligs much like the V-SES, but i know thats not the goal here anyways
c) But it does feel like im getting more of the inner penis this way, almost like expressive stretching ( well im not gonna pretend like i can do expressive stretching properly but.. u kno what i mean)

Try this out... plz msg back what you think in terms of positive and negative.. thx
 
I am holding off on Penis Enlargement for a while, but I tried this just last week and didn't even bundle it. Wow is all I could say, normally I can't get much grip or I have to re-grip due to loose skin, but this gives a great tug.

I am not even sure if I am doing it right, but I can see this working out good for me at least. :)
 
This exercise, originally explained, is done bundled - that assures force BWhale spoke about. The more you prolong your grip the effective exercise is - he said that it should be held for 5mins for max effectiveness

Also, having very tight feeling at the beginning of the perineum means that you doing this properly

Washing both hand and dick helps having tight grip, baby powder helps as well
 
Yeah, washing hands does help grip by the remaining moisture.

Just turning the hand makes a bundle of half to 3/4 of a turn. To have no bundling you'd have to first reverse bundle before turning the hand to get to zero bundling.

I do something until it's done or I'm done. Then try variations like Schw thumb, bundle, no bundle. I tried a fulcrum pad with hand.
 
That picture was great. I never understood this before, but now it's clear. I recall that he also had some other stretch, where one needed to hook ligs...I didn't get that either. Could someone please draw a picture for it also (if you know what exercise I mean)?

This is how I warm up sometimes, but I do it half-erect and I don't follow a set number of sets. Now that I realize this I should include it with sets in my main routine. Thank you sailor.
