ok so i was clamping the other day and while i was doing my bends my arm got really tired. so i thought of ways to make it easier and i ended up with this exercise.
Step 1- Get fully erect and have your clamp tight and secure
Step 2- Point your dick straight down and perform the act of sitting (lol)
Step 3- Use one hand to grip the middle and perform a bend like you normally would
Setp 4- Instead of using your other hand, use your weight to push force on your penis and cause it to bend.
its hella intense
i went from 5.5 min to 6.25 after a 20 min session
