Big girth gainers

I'm looking for advice on expanding girth. What is the most effective method of girth expansion that I could do in addition to my routine?

I've been measuring my clamped girth and went from 7.0 about two months ago to reaching 7.25 last Saturday. I'm sure hoping that this is a sign of bigger things in the future.

I think anything over 7 is too much for most women so I wouldn't want much more than that. A nice solid 9 x 7 would be cool. Maybe 10 x 7 if I put a bit more length on the fella
