Same here but I have a good girth so I go more on stretching witch goes with dlds 12 way stretches 3 times, blue whales 2.5 minutes each side stretch...this lasts about 1 hour and 15 minutes and then 15 minutes of jelq (around 100-150) and in the end 30 mins of edging

think it is good routine 7 days a week all positive PIs.
