Hey, I'm just now trying to put together a routine and learn about all this, so please bear with me.
I had the following questions (Note that I am talking strictly about exercises without any equipment) :
1)
a) Are there any negative effects from penis length exercises?
b) If so, are they only seen in specific exercises? If yes, which ones?
c) What kind effects, if any, are usually seen?
2)
a) Are there any negative effects from penis girth exercises?
b) If so, are they only seen in specific exercises? If yes, which ones?
c) What kind effects, if any, are usually seen?
3)
a) What are the best (i.e. most effective) ways to warm up before starting the workout?
b) If possible, please provide and answer for both living alone (privacy) and alternatives for those who don't live alone (no set privacy)
4) Normally how long does it take to gain? I know this can be different for everyone, but on average what is the length per month gain?
5) Are these gains permanent, or are other exercises needed to keep these gains?
