This is before I started Penis Enlargement about a year ago. I then did about 2 months of jelqing before stopping and gained .5 x .5 to the 5 x 4 in the picture. I just started Penis Enlargement'ing again and hope to gain more...

I have hardly any veins on the top of my penis, I did early in my Penis Enlargement career but they seemed to fade in the last year. I still have incredible veins on the underside. I would KILL for that vein you got! You also look much bigger than you state.

i read somewhere that if you have alot of veins or big ones you might not be getting enough blood flow so i guess pe could help with that and decrease your veins
 
It does look big! It also looks like you have a very tight circumcision. You should look into foreskin restoration. It's pretty simple really. Just some stretching and taping to start. With a really tight circ like that you could probably gain a little length by loosening up that shaft skin, which would allow some hidden penile length to come out. I started at about 5.5 and have now reached 7 inches and think that some of that is from restoration. When erect, I was tight as a drum, with alot of inner foreskin right below the glans (lighter skin). Don't mean to ramble, it's just that yours looks similar to mine pre-Penis Enlargement (minus the monster vein) and I just wanted to tell you what I think helped me.
