Hi all,
I have finally decided to start a log. Since starring PE back around april/may I've been fairly consistent in my training starting off with a few basic stretches for a month or two before adding jelqing and the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words]. I say fairly consistent because there have been days that I have not been able to fully complete a routine for one reason or another but I have always tried to do some stretches whenever I could. This would sometimes be in bed before I go to sleep or throughout the day and basically just doing what I could rather than doing nothing at all. I have also been plagued with a judo injury for the last 3 1/2 months that has reduced my grip strength which ultimately led to the decision of purchasing a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] to help me out.
My plan is to follow a basic routine using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] and the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] updating measurements every six weeks or so.
So far I have two sessions with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] and before I started I took BPFSL measurements which came out in between 7 1/2" and 7 3/4" so im going round it down to 7 1/2" and have that as my starting measurement.

My routine with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] is as follows,

Daytime routine

Warmup with rice sock or warm cloth for 5 minutes.
Bundles in all directions ( clockwise and anticlockwise ) including BTC for 30 seconds each X 3, first set moderate force last 2 as hard as I can take.
Stretches in all directions including BTC for 45 seconds X 3 at full strength.
V stretch and A Stetch with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] 45 seconds each X 3.
Mandingo's 1 minute X 3.

Evening routine

Now this is where things can become inconsistent due to kids and missez.
But I will try to use it at least three times a week.
[words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] 5x5x3

This is a good idea👍 I've actually been experimenting with doing Kegels and reverse kegels whilst doing my regular stretches with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] and that works pretty good.
 
I am so happy you are properly archiving this, starting pictures are so awesome when you gain to see that contrast, a huge motivator. I also love that this is a video journal, really you are one of the first to approach your Progress Thread in this way. I also love those sneakers!

So I've kept up my routine last week apart from Sunday because that's my family time. Hopefully this week ill be able to get some decent girth work done.

I won't be updating this thread every day because it will be the same each time so ill stick to weekly updates.

LOL damn, I update my thread everyday though its the same shit each day. So I feel bad about eating up DLD's banwidth and donate a little bit of dough to the brotherhood every now and then.

I was planning on going 6 weeks before measuring my bone pressed again, ill probably take an erect length and girth measurement at the same time.

6 weeks will be good for the first measurement, after that I would go 90 days between measurements.

Last week was ok'ish when it came to my routine, it could of been much better but I had to work away so I lost 3 days of training with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words]. I still managed to do some manual stretching but I missed my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]lengthmaster[/words].
In one of my last posts I said I would measure after 6 weeks and post the results but today I decided to have a sneaky look at my progress. I don't know why I wanted to measure as it's only been a short time since I started my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]lengthmaster[/words] routine but I did and i have gained! I'm not going to state how much because I would rather wait until the six weeks is up so I can film myself measuring for all to see.
Going back to what I said earlier in the post about me trying something new. I have been playing with the idea of extending the duration of the stretches from 30-45 to 1 minute in each direction which I did but then I decided that rather than stop and start again in each position I would just move from one position to the next maintain tension for a solid 3 minutes. Below is a link of me demonstrating how I wrap for the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] and also how I perform the stretches. I have also made a slight comfort modification which I describe and show in the video.

Better to keep moving. Stopping rests the ligaments and there needs to be constant pulling in order for the cells to expand, divide and fill up the missing gaps.

So I've tried wrapping like you have. To no surprise my glans still is too small and just slips under the gripping part putting stress on my glans because it's a small area. I may have to modify mine to make the hole smaller by applying the same [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]comfort pad[/words] you did because my wrapping is on point but my head is just too small. I'll need to gain flaccid head size as well is suppose.

I understand that growth comes from the ligs stretching and cell growth but are you saying you stretch manually like the way I did in the video with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words]? I know anytime I normally stretch it would be for a duration of time in one position before moving to the next but not in constant motion like I demonstrated. As far as I'm aware people don't stretch the way I did , I have not seen it documented on the forum by anyone but please correct me if I'm wrong.

PE is an ever evolving practice, adjustments and additional intensity will always be a progressive need.

The week isn't over as far as training goes but I've had a great week using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words].
Because of the little competition set up by rocky I thought it only fair to show accurate measurements. On his thread I put my stats at 7.5" BPFSL but that's not entirely true because I have gained since using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] , to make it fair and not cheat anyone or myself I've measured again for all to see.
Seeing as I've given my true measurements early I will not be measuring again until the 10th next month.
I know you will be reading this Rocky so please feel free to put a link in your thread for competitors to see my true measurements.

I'm hoping to be able to use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x30[/words] later on tonight as I've not been able to use it of late .

This is the case sometimes but missing a single session will never hurt your gains....just don't make it a habit.

Thats pretty much exactly what I am doing right now. Need to get back with hanging also.

It is aways good to multitask when training, it helps time go by faster and makes PE more fun.
 
Apologies for not being very active last week , I've been a little busy with home life! Even though I've not had time to come on the forum last week's training went well, I managed to get a good volume of training in 💪 I even had the chance to use my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X30[/words] which I haven't had a chance to use for some time.
Something strange happened though as I couldn't seem to hit the same marker as I did the last time I used the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] even though my BPFSL had increased? I'm guessing it's because of my lack of usage of late . Normally I hit the line at the top of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x30[/words] which is 7.5" but when I tried on sunday I could only get to the 7" mark. The one positive is that my girth seems to have stayed the same as I still pack the tube 😊 maybe it's the girth that's stopping me from hitting that 7.5" as I can feel myself sticking in the tube. Guess I need to start saving for the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X40[/words] 😂
Unfortunately this week hasn't started off very well with me not being able to train today so I will have to pick things up tomorrow and put in a really good session.

The one positive is that my girth seems to have stayed the same as I still pack the tube 😊 maybe it's the girth that's stopping me from hitting that 7.5" as I can feel myself sticking in the tube. Sometimes a check in is all we need to know that you are doing well. Of course I want you here daily but I will take what I can get! :)
 
On my last update I noted I had hit a sticking point with my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x30[/words] with only being able to hit 7" when previously hitting 7.5". Well in the six days since I posted I have used the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] only three times but today ( sunday) I have just made it past the 7.5" line by a whisker! It is only a tiny improvement but ill take it . Below is a link to a pic of me beating my previous mark.
