I have finally decided to start a log. Since starring PE back around april/may I've been fairly consistent in my training starting off with a few basic stretches for a month or two before adding jelqing and the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words]. I say fairly consistent because there have been days that I have not been able to fully complete a routine for one reason or another but I have always tried to do some stretches whenever I could. This would sometimes be in bed before I go to sleep or throughout the day and basically just doing what I could rather than doing nothing at all. I have also been plagued with a judo injury for the last 3 1/2 months that has reduced my grip strength which ultimately led to the decision of purchasing a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] to help me out.
My plan is to follow a basic routine using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] and the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] updating measurements every six weeks or so.
So far I have two sessions with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] and before I started I took BPFSL measurements which came out in between 7 1/2" and 7 3/4" so im going round it down to 7 1/2" and have that as my starting measurement.
My routine with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] is as follows,
Daytime routine
Warmup with rice sock or warm cloth for 5 minutes.
Bundles in all directions ( clockwise and anticlockwise ) including BTC for 30 seconds each X 3, first set moderate force last 2 as hard as I can take.
Stretches in all directions including BTC for 45 seconds X 3 at full strength.
V stretch and A Stetch with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] 45 seconds each X 3.
Mandingo's 1 minute X 3.
Evening routine
Now this is where things can become inconsistent due to kids and missez.
But I will try to use it at least three times a week.
