First, about me.

I'm 31 years old. I'm 5'6, 150 lbs. I am not cut. My penis was 5.25 inches long and 4 inches in girth to start.

I did not want to jump to 20 minutes of a pump that my dick had not gotten used to. You were smart to start off with the shorter sets with jelqing mixed in (supersets). I myself found out the long, boring way that this is the golden road to real growth. My dick could take longer sets in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words] and was getting "huge" but most of that turned out to be FR and I didn't have much real growth after a month. Started doing these sets and had better results in two weeks.

Just out of curiosity, how many days a week do you do your routine?
 
Based on your brief description, your condition is either:
Hypospadias - an abnormal condition in males in which the urethra opens on the under surface of the penis.

Or

Phimosis - A congenital narrowing of the opening of the foreskin so that it cannot be retracted.

But I think its Phimosis, which was something I grew up with but lucky for me, my first fucks with my first (virgin) girlfriend in highschool ripped my foreskin and forced it to retract and since then me and my foreskin was devirginized.
It was painful as fuck and I bled (funny, sounds like I popped my cherry) but it cured me for life. I heard the condition is rare, only a small percentage of men have this problem. But my roommate now has phimosis, and since this problem is becoming more well known in the medical world, they have creams to temporally treat it. My roommate said the more he uses the cream the more his foreskin is permanently stretching wider.

Thanks man... it really means a lot to me, I hope you know that. I did not want to get circumsized unless it was a last resort. I'll let you know how it works out for me. I just feel for many other men out there who are too ashamed to come out with it like I am.

I go 2 days on then 1 day off. I'm gonna bump up the time though probably within a week or so to 3 sets so a total of 15 minutes of both pump and jelq. I could never imagine filling up the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words], and if I ever did, I don't think I'd go any bigger.
 
Wow, it has been 6 weeks since I've been doing this, time REALLY flies. Up to this point, the results have far surpassed my expectations. I am trying to stay humble as I know I cannot continue to grow at this pace. After 6 weeks, I have:

**Grown almost a full inch in length.
**Grown almost a half of an inch in girth.

Things I have noticed, and things that are different with me before starting this:

My foreskin stretches MUCH easier than before and it is way less painful.

I have not changed up my routine, which is the 5x3 beginner routine that DLD has posted. It is working.

Quick question : are pulling the foreskin back then inserting and pumping , or just stick the guy and pull the balls out the way and pump? Thanks in advace for anyone who replies :)

Whatever is most comfortable. Pumping does not have special requirements like extending does, foreskin can be retracted or not. So just get yourself in there comfortably and start working.
 
Thank you! Trying out the bathemate but everything i found so far are for cut hahaha. So far i found leaving it alone feels comfy when i use the bathemate. I was just afraid i was not gaining anything in the next year if i did what i was doing. :)

Be sure to work some manual jelqing into your [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words] sets to get the best expansion and gain potential.
