I got mine yesterday and have used it twice so far. I have to say it is so much more comfortable than an air pump. I can see this will help with flaccid gains as well as girth. I ordered the neck strap and thank goodness I did. It allows you to shower while you pass the time and if you loose suction it wont break the case.

I'd just like to add that after doing 1 Slow Sqwash Jelqs for 1 minute, I reach 6 inch girth. So which one sould I choose? Would choosing the bigger model increase fluid build up for me since I would be the minimum size for the big one but the max size for the smaller one?
