Ooooh really. I love when people say the max ammount of
weight you can gain is 2 lbs a month. So how can I only be 8% BF (skinfold caliper) and be 45 lbs heavier? Hmmmm, explain that to me. Of coarse I gained fat but there is no such thing as that 2 lbs a month. What about guys on AAS? I never used AAS but that is just an example. People gain 20 lbs in short periods of time on AAS and don't gain too much fat (this is also after water loss). In basic training people gain an average of 15 pounds in 9 weeks and only 4 of those pounds are muscle? Sorry, I think whoever made that study was a complete idiot. Believe what you want to believe though.
