Yes, well the idea of cementing gains is that we continue to do the exercises when we reach our goals, and this will eventually lead to permanence. You will tend to lose girth gains if you don't keep at it, girth seems much more difficult to cement than length.

I've not done any Penis Enlargement in probably just over 2 years now except for the odd tug and jelq hahaha but that was more 'erotica' if you catch my drift! I think we're misunderstanding thins here subzero. Firstly, no you do not need to Penis Enlargement for the rest of your days in order to have a good erection. My experience is that when I did Penis Enlargement that my erection was like a SOLID steel pipe and that shouldnt surprise us as the jelqing is sending in lots of blood inside the penis and hence why it was like steel.
