You mean if I flex those muscles and let them relax I'm going to blow a nut? How long do you hold this flex? How do you relax it without ejaculating? How many reps do you do?

I'm curious to know more about this, as I've never tried the reverse kegel.
 
The best reason I know is my 4+ inch gains. I am not saying that RK's were the main reason I did so well but I am saying, since I invented them, I have religiously done them my entire program and this is something very unique to my personal routine compared with most guys.
