I was doing the excersises while in college on and off for about three weeks total and I didnt see any changes, but I could feel a diffrence. Little did I know I was doing the routine wrong (assumingly) I was doing exactly what phase one on the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]dvd[/words] listed instead of looking on the refence sheet and doing that phase one with the three sets of streches with the three hundred wet jelqs and the testicular massage and ect (hence the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]dvd[/words] is to show you how to do the certain excersies). Now that summer is here and I have unlimited time I want to get remotivated to PE and see some gains come mid august. My question is what do I need to do PE wise/routinues to see gains in length and thickness of my penis?
