Whenever I do my Kegels I do them after I do my girth routine at night just before I go to bed. So when I do my Kegels I do them while laying down. Now I can squeeze my Pc muscle for a good 2 minutes without losing that pump you get.
Now yesterday I was stuck in traffic and decided to do my kegels in the car. And I noticed that I could hardly squeeze my pc at all. For only like 3 seconds and I lose that flex. Then when I got home I decided to do them while standing and still had a problem with flexing. After that I layed down and I could flex the pc for a long time and hold it for 2 minutes.

My theory is that when we train the pc muscle we need to do it while laying down, sitting, standing. Maybe its like doing a bench press, by changing the placement of the hands on the bar you will exercise a different part of the muscle. So by adjusting your body it will also train different parts of the PC muscle.
Just a thought to see what you guys think.

Sorry for missing this thread, been crazy busy lately.

I always have, and it has become a permanent exercise, done my PC work while driving. I use the music to keep a rhytHydromax and I do them for a long period...more than likely more than I should. They have just become a habit.

When I was in my first year of Penis Enlargement there were people who were really interested in why my gains were better than most other people. The conclusion was my PC work. I am not sure of the validity of this but what I can tell you is DLD Blasters would not be possible without this habit. The Blasters have been, for many, the gateway to length gains otherwise not possible. I remember my early days in Penis Enlargement...maybe my 6 or 7th month. I was lurking at Penis EnlargementFORUMS and Th*nd3rs Pl@ce. I was amazed when I heard that the normal gains for most guys was 1/2"-1" after a year or two of Penis Enlargement. I was actually scared to post as my gains were far better than any of this. AFter finally coming out and letting the people know that after 6 months I had gained 2" in length I was not believed. Many people thought I was full of shit (see one of my first posts at Penis EnlargementFORUMS and Th*nd3rs, you will see my point) After I had become a full, posting member I released the DLD Blasters, an exercise fully dependent on KEGELS and REVERSE KEGELS. After guys started using this exercise they started realizing similar gains (see DLD Blasters on Th*nd3rs Pl@ce)

PC work, whether it explains my gains or not, is very important to male sexual health in general. Although this is an exercise(s) that shows little outward gains I believe it is essential to the whole Penis Enlargement mix.
