alrighty, ive had a few days of Penis Enlargement mainly due to my varacouse vein (check out the boo boo forum i wont get into it here). and ive decided that i should not let this slow/stop me from doing Penis Enlargement. so i thought i'd create a new improoved routine to get me more motivated! i was getting a tad bored of my old routine and i think that may have also stopped me from pe this week.

well its really just my length routine i wish to change, i love my girth routine, dry jelq's to supra slammers to [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]! which gets me to a very nice size post workout :D. the thing is with my length routine... its all manual stretches and a footlong stretch (dont get me wrong they are effective) but i get pretty bored with doing it and i just want something a bit more advanced now, i tried to do blasters but, i dunno just didnt feel it? i think my reverse kegels are really weak, (opposed to my normal kegels which are kickass:s) so i think thats whats stopping me from feeling a huge burn from blasters. so can anybody recommend me any good length exercises? or just point out the captain obvious point im missing from doing blasters :D. cheers, ill post my new workout in the progress/ routine forum when im finished fixing it.

Perhaps rotary A-stretch,or any other kind of rotary stretches maybe blasters as well.You may also try erect stretches they are kick ass stretches.
 
Any stretch that uses a fulcrum would give more force, like Profesionalac said A stretches are good. Also for instance if you pull to the side and with your other hand hook around the base with a couple of fingers and pull as hard as you can in the oposite direction. You can do this in any direction and you get a good strtch.

Alternatively try hanging mate, Ive never done it but Im sure Ill take it up in the future for those extra gains.
