After my jelq session, not even ten minutes after my warm down,my dick returns to its normal flacid girth size, I don't even have a mm difference to show for my hard work, no heavier plumper flacid, nothing. Is that normal?


I've been doing 300 jelqs every night since monday and when jelq I can feel my chambers expand and all. I've been doing reserach and a lot of guys say after jelqing their dick hangs lower and fatter for a while afterwards,some even say hours or even a day or two.

What is going on?
 
You can not expect results in such a short time. Actually, you should not expect results at all. What you need to keep in mind is that you are exercising an organ and, if, IF you make progress, it is a bonus. Lilsubzero,what you say makes sense to me. It's just that, it is said that, after a jelqing session,the penis is to hang fuller afterwards. I'm not getting that after my work out.
Which bothers me because It makes me think that I'm doing something wrong.

I can feel my chambers expand and I have slight bruising on the underneath of my cock,a definite sign. Maybe 300 jelq is too much for my dick to handle,I'll try doing just 200 tonight to see what happens.


Fedora: I hear you, Tonight I'll add more pressure and do less jelqs and make sure I get those P.I., I have a slight brusing underneath where I'm getting the most expansion but no read dots. I'll also try not warming down right after my work out to see if i have some lasting plumpness.

So today for the first time I noticed some tiny red dots on the head of my penis after i'd done my jelqs. This hadn't happened before. I had increased the amount from 300 to 400 so maybe its this, or im doing it with more intensity now. Should I get red marks anywhere else if im doing it correctly?
 
I have a similar thing. Sometimes after a workout, it is really "pumped", and stays that way for an hour or so.
Other times, after 15 minutes or whatever, it's back to normal.
So long as you can feel that your workout is having an effect at the time, I wouldn't worry.

One thing I like is to do my workout whilst watching my cock in a shaving mirror, so that I can see what is happening as well as feel what is happening.

I don't think it helps with growth, but it sure feels good to see that sucker grow! rofl
