Advantages to a strong PC

ive been doing PC work on and off for years , it takes a lot to fatigue me but i still feel like it doesnt do much for my erections. How does having a strong PC affect erections techinicaly speaking? another thing i know a lot of guys do is become multi orgasmic by kegaling off an orgasm, i dont hear many ppl talking about that on this forum, anyone do that?

i also feel by doing reverse kegals during sex it helps me to last longer versus normal kegals
 
Kegels are beneficial to erections because when the muscles are strong they are able to hold more blood in the erection. When you kegel is forces blood into your penis and as you squeeze it holds it there. Some men find kegels to be very helpful to hold back orgasm while others feel reverse kegels work best. I have always practiced a combination of the two to help me last longer.
 
I don't have the strongest of PC muscles (yet), but I have managed to, accidentally, have an orgasm without ejaculating on 3 or 4 occasions while masturbating. That allowed me to continue masturbating until I eventually ejaculated, so it counted as 2 orgasms in each session.
I can tell you that the sensation is a bit weird at first, since you're not expecting it, but the pleasure you get from it is awesome (plus the joy of reaching orgasm and maintaining a full erection, well that is beyond description).
What happened to me was that I was masturbating the usual way but, for some reason, when I came, all I ejaculated was pre-cum, and no semen at all. And yet, the physical sensation was practically the same as with any other "normal" orgasm. Since no semen came out, my erection remained as it was and I was able to keep going.

My idea of having multi-orgasms by keggeling is that, when you keggel during orgasm, you manage to hold back the semen flow (as you do when you're holding back the urine flow while emptying the bladder), but are still able to feel the same pleasurable sensation (maybe ejaculating only pre-cum). Since no semen comes out, the erection continues and you're able to keep the action rolling.

But this is just my idea. Some more input from anyt multi-orgasmic guys out there would come in handy :)

The first will last for like 2 minutes with no ejac. and then , after some more stroking I have a second with discharge....very cool but I do not know how it happens.
 
i have done it multiple times however when i kegal off the orgasm, nothing comes out BUT my dick goes soft all the same as a real orgasm.

Think of it as a pump ... it can ''clamp'' off the blood with a strong squeeze, delaying ejaculation ... it can pump more blood into the penis for larger size and than it can force more semen out upon ejaculation. Think about it in those terms and you wont get confused about the PC muscle and kegels.

But seriously, I need to work on my PC a LOT. I want to be able to do all of the above.
 
You'll find that adding resistance to your PC routines will increase the strength seen in this muscle allot quicker. Resistance can be added by pushing down on the erect penis and kegel or if you have a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] you can kegel with it on and as it moves, this is the resistance being moved. I also found clamping helped create an internal resistance which the PC muscle had to work harder in order to get blood past the clamp.

You dont need to do 100's or 1000's of reps and sets daily like some authorities would have you think. A muscle, even around your anus can fatigue and become exhausted like any other muscle so it stands to reason that you train it, like you would your biceps in that regard. The penis acts as the hands and arm, lifting the weight for the PC to contract and work against.

I had a Simyan orgasm. i was wanking and tried to have an orgasm by squeezing my Pc muscle. it held some back but there was cum that shot out which was NOT pre cum. Kegels and reverse Kegels are really important for penis enlargement and penis health (also overall health). I hope brothers are not disregarding the importance of these.
