I think Mandingo has problems with his penis though. He never seems fully hard when erect, which means his erectile quality is not as solid as his size.

Oh my goodness you are so right! I remember one of his first films and he was nowhere near the size he is today. And if you look at his penis head closely you can see scarring which is indicative of hanging. He definitely has done PE

I think, till this day, Google still rate us as a adult entertainment site which is why, people rarely locate MOS when doing a Google search for PE forums. Isn't there a way to fix this?
 
We come up number 1 if you search for "penis enlargement forum" in Google
