I'm new to Penis Enlargement, but I already have some questions/theories.
1. In Penis Enlargement a lot of guys say that turtling is bad.
2. When you kegel you retract your penis into your body.
That being said:
Shouldn't it be better to kegel before your workout? That way you will loosing things up a bit and make the area a bit weaker, so it will be easier to change the structure: gaining lenght (because I think the PC-muscle hinders the movement of pulling the penis out of the body).
Any thoughts on this?
